The usage

- The flexible coupling EB is used to joint the pipe and valve

The structure

-         The body of flexible coupling EB is found by iron mixing steel

-         Rubber Gasket consists two types:

•  The cone – shaped rubber Gasket: there is gear structure inside, in order to maximize contact area to pipe
•  Flange Gasket is constructed by tendon and clamp to install easily.

-         Bolt: uses inox bolt 304 which is high quality to increase capability of force resistance and against rust.

BENEFITS

-         This construction method is progressive, safe, and easy to install connectors and effect in maintenance activity.

-         The flange of coupling is suitable for Standards DIN, BS. The flexible coupling BE can be used for many types of pipe with different materials : uPVC, HDPE, steel pipes, iron pipes … the usage of flexible coupling EB help saving the time of construction, maintenance, reducing managing material fee and producing fee.

-         Pressure on machine: 30kg

-         Working pressure: 20kg
